Timeliq — Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This DPA forms part of the Agreement between the Customer and Execord LLC (“Processor”) for the use of Timeliq.




1. Roles



  • Customer = Data Controller

  • Execord LLC (Timeliq) = Data Processor





2. Subject Matter



Processing of personal data provided by the Customer for messaging automation, AI-based assistance, file processing, and connected features.




3. Processing Instructions



Processor will:


  • Only process data as instructed by the Controller

  • Not process data for its own purposes

  • Not transfer data to unauthorized parties

  • Follow documented instructions





4. Confidentiality



Processor ensures:


  • Personnel follow confidentiality obligations

  • Access is restricted to authorized staff





5. Security Measures



Processor applies:


  • TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit

  • Access controls and authentication

  • Segmented environments

  • Monitoring and abuse detection

  • Backups for continuity



Data at rest may not be encrypted by default.

No end-to-end or zero-knowledge encryption is provided.




6. Sub-Processors



Processor may engage third-party service providers (hosting, AI, connectivity, payment, analytics).

Processor ensures sub-processors follow comparable security practices.




7. International Transfers



Data may be transferred to the United States.

Processor applies appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.




8. Data Subject Rights



Processor will assist the Controller in responding to GDPR requests:


  • Access

  • Correction

  • Deletion

  • Restriction

  • Objection

  • Data portability





9. Data Breach Notification



Processor will notify Controller without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach.




10. Data Return or Deletion



Upon termination, Processor will:


  • Delete or return personal data, unless legally required to retain it.





11. Audits



Upon request, Processor will provide information necessary to demonstrate compliance with this DPA.




12. Liability



Liability is governed by the main Agreement.
